The ONE Thing That Makes Your Daily Planning a Success When You Have ADHD
We can be successful with ADHD when we start living purposefully like we have ADHD.
The obstacles pop up like weeds when we try to live life like we don’t have ADHD. I pretended like I could be "ADHD-free" for many years. And I failed over and over.
I finally realized that THIS is what I needed in order to successfully plan my day with ADHD.
When we think about what systems we should have in place, we need to consider what works for an ADHD brain. If we don't consider how our brains process differently, we will always be trying to jam a round peg into a square hole.
Creating a plan that actually WORKS for the ADHD brain means sometimes we have to chisel out a square hole on our own! "Neurotypical planning" is difficult for many of us - because it wasn't meant for us!
The system I've created with the ADHD brain in mind makes planning actually achievable.
Now, I'm not saying it's easy...and I'm not saying it doesn't take some guided effort. What I am saying is there is a way, a system, that I can show you that will help!
